Q: What do I do if I get locked out of my house?

A: First thing is don't panic. Second is to give us a call to come and get you into your property.

Q: My house seems to be damp all the time, what can I do?

A: Start by opening your windows a little to get some air circulation around your property. The next thing is in the winter have your heating on at a constant temperature rather than on and full blast then off when your at work then on at full blast again. It will be more economical to use your heating at a constant temperature say 20 degrees. It will also allow for the moisture in the air to dry out and therefore stop the condesation happening on your windows.

Q: What do I do if I come home and discover a flood in my property?

A: Don't panic. See if you can find the stop cock and turn it off. The second thing is to drain down the header tank. So with the stop cock turned off, turn all your taps on to drain it quickly. the last thing is to remember where the leak is coming from. Now call for some help.

Q: How much would it cost me for you to come and give me a quote for the works I require?

A: Nothing, all our quotes are free. We will arrange a mutually convenient time with you, you can then show us the works you would like a quote for. We will then go away and source costings on materials for your job and post or email our written quote for you to look at.
