Property1st can offer a scheduled maintenance and repair service for those customers who require a regular visit by a tradesman to see to the more routine maintenance. We also offer an Emergency Service, which means you can rest assured that someone will be at your premises in the shortest possible time to repair or contain the damage in the event of an emergency.
