Our Team in the Norwich office.
| | Roger Gidney, Managing Director.Roger founded the Company in 1998. He is a qualified carpenter/joiner and locksmith, with a background in Civil Engineering as well. He enjoys the challenge of doing a job that other companies have said can't be done! | |
| | Barbara Gidney, Company Secretary.Barbara is Company Secretary and deals with the Company finances, marketing, networking and organises comprehensive staff training amongst other things. | |
| | Nick Stratton, Operations Director.Nick supervises the works schedules and contracts and does the majority of the estimating. He started working for Property 1st as a carpenter/joiner in 1999 and is multi-skilled in all areas of maintenance. He is a keen fisherman and family man. |
The Workforce.
We have a multi skilled full time workforce - each with a different area of qualification or specialty.
We also work closely with a number of subcontractors, providing us with a full range of regulated services including GasSafe registered gas specialists and NICEIC electricians, thus ensuring that Property 1st can provide you with a complete building maintenance and repair service from roof to floor.
