Property 1st carried out various tasks on my newly moved into bungalow - repairing a brick wall; installing some metal gates; reconfiguring the layout of the utility room (including plumbing in the washing machine); putting up shelves in some cupboards.

I was impressed with the craftsmanship, the knowledge and the detail, but most of all that I was consulted and informed at each step of the each process, in particular with regards to the spacing of the shelves and what they were to be used for (which in turn determined how strong they needed to be).

I would like to record my appreciation to Neil for the work he did. He always works hard on the jobs he does for me and takes the trouble to explain what he has found and how he is going [to] tackle the work. He always leaves the site clean and tidy.

This is the second job that Property 1st have done for us. Both completed very professionally and to a high standard. Would definitely recommend if you are prioritising high quality work.
